Absolute Ambulance Billing of Binghamton, NY was founded in 1996 to fulfill an unmet need in our local community.  Absolute Ambulance Billing, then operating under the name of CFC Services Inc., emerged with a state of the art, sophisticated computerized billing system operated by billing specialists who specialize in Emergency Medical Services.

Today, Absolute Ambulance Billing remains independently owned and provides its services to EMS agencies across New York State.  With current clients from the commercial, municipal and non-profit sectors, we continue to grow and adapt to the always changing billing environment.

Our staff consists of a well managed team of billing specialists, including some with formal training as EMTs and Paramedics, and other coding specialists whose combined experience exceeds several decades.

As active members with the American Ambulance Association, United New York Ambulance Network, and subscribers to the Medicare Listserve we pride ourselves with being up to date with the latest billing and collection issues facing EMS agencies.
